Hi! My name is Juli Griffin Gross and I would love the opportunity to meet you. I am focused on active listening and collaborating with you in meeting your goals and improving your mental health. My approach is solution focused, strengths-based, and person-centered. Currently, I am seeing individual clients virtually and I work with adults. I have a particular interest in working with issues related to anxiety, depression, parenting, infertility, healthy relationships, self-care, ADHD, and workplace challenges.
